In order to ensure that all e-mails containing your account's login information and other relevant important information to be easily located in your primary inbox, we suggest you to "safe-list" our emails in your iCloud account. 



1. Tap on your Junk folder.

2. Open on our email.






3. Tap the Arrow.

4. Tap Move Message.







5. Tap Inbox.

6. Tap Move.







After doing the above, incoming emails from the same recipient will no longer end up in the Spam folder.
