If you would like to change the device you are using for Two-Factor Authentication, all you would need to do is deactivate the method you are using and enable Two-Factor Authentication on another method.
If you no longer have the device that you have Two-Factor Authentication on, you will need to come onto Live Chat for further assistance.

- Click on Settings.
- Click on Disable 2FA.
- Enter the 6 digit code that is sent to your phone.
- Click on Disable.
Then you will need to:
Click on Settings.
Click on ENABLE 2FA.
Enter the one-time 6 digit passcode that was sent to your phone.
If you do not receive the code you can try again by clicking on Resend OTP.
From now on, when you log into your account, you will need to enter a 6 digit code that will be shown on your authenticator app
